Cards have been received announcing the marriage of Miss Margaret Shark, daughter of Mr. Thomas A. Shark of Mankato, and Mr. Watson Rickard Elwell, son of Mr. and Mrs. James T. Elwell, that took place at high noon Saturday, October 30, at the home of the bride's father.

Mr. and Mrs. Elwell will be at home at the River View apartments, Minneapolis. Mrs. Elwell is a cousin of Mrs. Glenn Wyer of this city.

ELWELL—Mrs. Estelle M., 69 years, 8 S. e. Eight Terrace, Deerfield Beach, Florida. Passed away Monday evening in a local hospital after extended illness. A native of Michigan and a former resident of Minneapolis, moving to Deerfield 10 years ago. She was a past president of Mark Hamilton American Legion Auxiliary of Minneapolis, and a member of first Presbyterian Church of Pompano Beach, Fla. Survivors, husband Watson R. Elwell of Deerfield Beach; daughter, Mrs. Janet Hoffman of Pompano Beach, Fla.; 2 grandsons; sister, Mrs. Ethel Lindbom of Ishpeming, Mich. Services will be held Wednesday at the Kroser Funeral Home of Deerfield Beach.

Watson R. Elwell, age 77, of 410 N. Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach. Expired Monday. Mr. Elwell came to this area in 1955 from Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Pompano Beach, Fred Hollenbeck WW I Barracks of Pompano Beach, Disabled American Veterans, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Past Commander, Lofley Hinson American Legion Post 162, Deerfield Beach, Deerfield Beach Country Club. He is survived by his wife Vera; three daughters, Mrs. Stanley (Janet) Hoffman, Deerfield Beach; Mrs. Marilyn Stephen, Fort Lauderdale, and Mrs. Marjorie McGowan, Forest Lakes, Minnesota; two sons, Mr. Thomas Elwell, Fitzwilliams, New Hampshire, Mr. John R. Elwell, Fort Lauderdale; one brother, Mr. Edwin S. Elwell, Sr., Minneapolis, Minnesota; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Cook, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Miss Mary Elwell, Duluth, Minnesota; thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. THursday at R. Jay Kraeer Deerfield Beach Funeral Home by Rev. Dwayne Black, First Presbyterian Church of Pompano Beach, followed by interment in Deerfield Beach Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
